This Instant Pot beef stew really benefits from being made in a pressure cooker since it makes incredibly tender beef, carrots, and potatoes that melt in your mouth! It tastes like it has been cooking for hours but for this recipe you can go from pulling ingredients out of the refrigerator to sitting down at the dinner table in just about an hour. Using the instant pot cooks this stew very tender in a fraction of the time than cooking beef stew any other way!
This recipe is also very simple, with just a few ingredients, which is one of my main requirements for a recipe. But even with the few simple ingredients and short amount of time, the broth turns out rich and wonderful.
