Ingredients for a Chicken Caesar Roll Ups
- 1 package (8 ounce) Cream cheese: Softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Caesar Dressing
- 1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Bacon Bits
- 2 – 3 Burrito Sized Flour Tortillas
Steps in Preparing Chicken Caesar Roll Ups
Mix together the cream cheese, dressing, chicken, cheese and bacon bits.

Spread mixture in an even layer to the edge of the tortilla. Use 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture. The amount you use on the tortilla is dependent on how thick you want the filling. I used half of the mixture. Also the more filling you use the less tortillas you will need.

Tightly roll up the tortilla with the filling inside. Wrap in plastic wrap. You can add a toothpick to hold them together if desired. Repeat until all the tortillas are rolled and wrapped.

Place the wrapped rollups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Can chill overnight.
Use a very sharp knife to slice into pinwheels, about 1/2 inch thick.

Enjoy!
These Chicken Caesar Roll Ups are so delicious, flavorful, and easy to make.
