Add the seasoning to an airtight container. I also like this spice jar for storing the seasoning.

This recipe makes about 3 tablespoons of seasoning, which is enough to season about 2 pounds of chicken or steak. Good for about 1.5 pounds of meat plus peppers and onions.

  • 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika or Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

Notes

Can double, triple, etc the recipe to make more at a time. I like these jars (smaller jar and spice jar) for storing the seasoning.
