This apple bread is so easy to make and turns out so delicious. Made with fresh apples it is so moist and full of wonderful flavor. So good with breakfast in the morning or with your coffee. A great snack for any time of the day. It combines the wonderful flavor of fresh apples with warm cinnamon flavor for an irresistible deliciousness!
Besides the wonderful flavor, it is wonderfully easy to make, with simple ingredients that you have on hand. Plus the recipe takes about 5 minutes to mix up and ready to pop in the oven.
I made mine with fresh apples from my apple trees. I am always looking for new apple recipes once they become ripe. That is a lot of apples! I also make apple pie filling, easy no-peel apple butter in the instant pot and apple scrap jelly.

Another of my favorite things about this recipe is that you can choose to leave the apple peels on or take them off. Either way is fine. I always leave peels on if possible for all of my recipes, including tomato and peach recipes. Fruit peels also add vitamins!
