Ingredients for Reuben Roll Ups Recipe
- 1 package (8 ounce) Cream cheese: Softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 1/2 cup Sauerkraut, drained
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 7 oz. Corned Beef, Thinly Sliced Deli Slices
- 3 – 4 Burrito Sized Flour Tortillas
Steps in Preparing Reuben Roll Ups
Mix together the cream cheese, Thousand Island Dressing, and sauerkraut.
Spread mixture in an even layer to the edge of the tortilla. Use 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture. The amount you use on the tortilla is dependent on how thick you want the filling. I used 1/3 of the mixture per tortilla. Also the more filling you use the less tortillas you will need.
Place the corned beef slices onto the tortilla. I used 2 layers of corned beef thin slices, about 8 or 9 slices total.
Add the shredded cheese, I used 1/2 cup of cheese per tortilla.
Tightly roll up the tortilla with the filling inside. Wrap in plastic wrap. You can add a toothpick to hold them together if desired.
Repeat until all the tortillas are rolled and wrapped.
Place the wrapped rollups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Can chill overnight.
Use a very sharp knife to slice into pinwheels, about 1/2 inch thick.
Enjoy!
