Ingredients for a Salami Pickle Roll Ups
- 1 package (8 ounce) Cream cheese: Softened to room temperature
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
- 16 oz jar Baby Dill Pickles (I used 3 – 4 baby dill pickles per roll up)
- 8 oz Salami Slices (I used 9 slices per roll up – depends on size of the slices)
- 2 – 3 Burrito Sized Flour Tortillas
Steps in Preparing Salami Pickle Roll Ups
Mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing and Italian dressing.

Spread mixture in an even layer to the edge of the tortilla. Use 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture. The amount you use on the tortilla is dependent on how thick you want the filling. I used half of the mixture. Also the more filling you use the less tortillas you will need.

Slice the baby dill pickles thinly.

Place the slices on the tortilla and cream cheese mixture.

Place the salami slices on top of the pickles.

Tightly roll up the tortilla with the filling inside. Wrap in plastic wrap. You can add a toothpick to hold them together if desired. Repeat until all the tortillas are rolled and wrapped.

Place the wrapped rollups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Can chill overnight.
Use a very sharp knife to slice into pinwheels, about 1/2 inch thick.

Enjoy!
These Salami Pickle Roll Ups are so delicious, flavorful, and easy to make.
