Simple Greek Pasta Salad Recipe
This Greek Pasta Salad recipe is so simple and delicious. It is great for taking to pot-lucks and picnics. The ingredients are all ingredients from Aldi, with the exception of the pasta. For this recipe, I use Garden Rotini Pasta and I have not seen that at our local Aldi stores.
Ingredients for Simple Greek Pasta Salad Recipe
- 1 lb Garden Rotini Pasta
- 12 oz Artichoke Hearts
- 6 oz Kalamata Olives
- 4 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 oz cut up Pepperoni
- 12 oz Greek Dressing
- Optional: 1 Red Bell pepper diced
- Note: These measurements are what I used for my Greek Pasta Salad. Amounts can vary.

Detailed Steps on How to Make Simple Greek Pasta Salad
First cook the pasta according to the directions on the box and drain.

After draining, place the pasta in a glass bowl and add 1/4 to 1/2 of the bottle of Greek dressing. Place in the refrigerator to cool. It can be cooled overnight. I usually cook the pasta the night before I make the Greek pasta salad. If you have a party to take it to, it makes it much faster to have the pasta cooked and cooled, then you can just add the ingredients the day you need it.
After the pasta is cooled, add the remaining ingredients, the olives (drained), feta cheese, artichoke hearts (drained), cut up pepperoni, and remaining dressing. Mix thoroughly.

Enjoy!
Enjoy this tasty and easy Greek pasta salad made with very simple ingredients. It is a great recipe to take to any potluck or picnic and will by enjoyed by everyone!
