Ingredients for Spinach Dip Roll Ups
- 1 package (8 ounce) Cream cheese: Softened to room temperature
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 3 – 4 Flour or Spinach Tortillas
Steps in Preparing Spinach Dip Roll Ups
Mix all of the ingredients together.

Spread mixture in an even layer to the edge of the tortilla. Use 1/2 to 1 cup of the mixture. The amount you use on the tortilla is dependent on how thick you want the filling. I use a lot and cover the tortilla pretty well. Also the more filling you use the less tortillas you will need.

Tightly roll up the tortilla with the filling inside. Wrap in plastic wrap. You can add a toothpick to hold them together if desired. Repeat until all the tortillas are rolled and wrapped.

Place the wrapped rollups in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Can chill overnight.
Use a very sharp knife to slice into pinwheels, about 1/2 inch thick.

Enjoy!
These Spinach Dip rollups are so delicious, flavorful, and easy to make.
