Canning Recipe for Black Bean Soup

Ingredients -Dry Black Beans -Beef Broth -Rotel -Chopped Carrots -Chopped Onions -Chopped Celery -Chopped Peppers -Cumin -Green Chilis

Rinse and Soak the Beans

Add Remaining Ingredients

Add Solids to Each Jar 2/3 Full 

Add the hot liquid to fill the jars

Add the canning jars to the pressure canner and process according to instructions

When processing is complete, set the jars on the counter and do not disturb for 24 hours
