Peach Jalapeno Bourbon BBQ Sauce


Peaches – Red Bell Pepper Onion Jalapeno Peppers Apple Cider Vinegar Dry Mustard Canning Salt Worcestershire Sauce Lemon Juice Bourbon Garlic Honey

Finely puree the peaches, onions and peppers in a food processor. Add to pot, heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes

Ladle the peach barbecue sauce into jars

Add the canning jars to the boiling water bath and process jars at a hard boil for 10 minutes. Remove the hot jars from the hot water bath.
