Canning Turkey

A great money saver and so easy!

Start by cooking the turkey (raw turkey can be canned the same way)

A great way to preserve leftover Thankgiving turkey also

Shred the turkey

Pack the turkey into the canning jars

Pour broth into jars

Remove any air bubbles, wipe rims and put on lids.

Pressure can for 75 min (pint jars) or 90 min (quart jars)
