Canning Homemade Chili Beans 

Canning your own chili beans is so easy, plus healthier than store-bought. You know what is going into the beans, no preservatives, plus you add any type of beans, peppers, onions, and your choice of spices!

Soak the beans and then rinse

Add the beans to the jar about 2/3 full. 

Add peppers, onions, and spices 

Then add boiling water to each jar.  Fill to 1 inch headspace. 

Wipe the rims of the jars, remove the air bubbles and add the lids.

Add the jars to the pressure canner and process for 90 minutes
