Easy Canning Recipe

Ingredients

Chop tomatoes and Peppers in a food processor

Add the remaining ingredients. Heat on medium-high heat to a slight boil and reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or more.

Ladle the hot sauce into canning jars leaving 1/2 inch headspace.

Add the canning jars to the boiling water bath and process jars.
