Pickled Green Cherry Tomato Recipe

First, rinse the green cherry tomatoes

Poke a toothpick through each green cherry tomato.

Add a peeled garlic clove and dill seed to each pint jar.

Add the green cherry tomatoes to the jars. Leave 1/4 inch headspace. 02

Make the pickling brine by adding the vinegar, water and salt to a large saucepan or stock pot.

Add the hot brine to the jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.

Process in water bath canner for specified time
