The next step is to separate the petals

Place the petals in large bowl or quart mason jar

Add 4 cups of boiling water to the petals, then add 2 Tbsp of lemon juice

Put the rose petal tea in the refrigerator for 24 hours

The next day, strain the petals from the tea

Add the tea to a large pot and stir in 1 package of powdered pectin. Bring to a boil

Stir in 4 cups of sugar, bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes
